Terms of Portal Use
Last updated July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Accrivon Accounting Group client portal. They summarize the essentials; your signed engagement letter controls where the two overlap.
- Who may use the portal
- The client portal is provided to active clients of the firm. Credentials are issued to you individually when your engagement begins. Access is not open to the general public.
- Keep your credentials private
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Use the portal only for your own matters, and never attempt to access another person’s records. We will never ask you to share your password, including our own staff.
- Your documents
- Documents you upload are used to deliver the services in your engagement. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you provide.
- Availability
- The portal is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We schedule maintenance when we can and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. For time-sensitive filings, allow margin before deadlines.
- Changes
- We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
