In transit and at rest

Connections to this site and to the client portal use encrypted transport. Client documents are held in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to the staff working on your engagement.

Your part

Protect your portal password and never share it with anyone, including our staff. Use a current, updated browser, and sign out on shared devices. If you think your account has been accessed, tell us right away.

Don’t send sensitive data by email

Email is not a secure channel. Send tax documents, identification, and account numbers through the portal rather than as email attachments.
