About the role
Accrivon Accounting Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the firm’s own financial strategy as we scale our Houston practice and remote payroll operations. Based at our Galleria Tower headquarters, you will own capital planning, margin discipline, and the financial infrastructure that lets our CPAs do their best work. This is a seat at the table, not a back-office role.
What you’ll do
- 01 Own the firm’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- 02 Build the reporting and KPI infrastructure that guides partner decisions.
- 03 Lead financial planning for expansion across service lines and remote teams.
- 04 Oversee internal controls, banking relationships, and risk management.
- 05 Partner with the Managing Partner on pricing, compensation, and growth strategy.
What we’re looking for
- 01 12+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in professional services.
- 02 CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 03 Proven record building financial infrastructure through a growth phase.
- 04 Fluency in the economics of a fee-based advisory practice.
- 05 Executive presence and the judgment to be a true partner to firm leadership.
